Peggy Sung also known as Sticky is a dedicated social worker for children in foster care. She is driven by her profound love for both children and animals. Sticky has over 17 years of experience in dog fostering, rescue, and training. In 2022, she founded Sung Village, a nonprofit animal rescue. She frequently receives calls from overwhelmed pet owners seeking to rehome their dogs, prompting her to visit and assess their "Sticky Situation". During these visits, she offers training, effective solutions, and ongoing support. Noticing a significant need, Sticky Situations Dog Training was established to provide accessible at-home dog training to the Central Valley.
